Groupon Purchase

*Groupon cannot be used for existing customers; however existing customer can purcahse a groupon as a gift.

*You must provide your GROUPON REDEMTPION NUMBER to secure your appointment.  If your redemption number is NOT received on the intake form, your appoitnment will be cancelled.  Late appointments over 10 minutes will cancel your appointments. No show and/or Cancellation appointments less than 24 hours will still result in your Groupon being redeemed to pay the service providers.
